Erin's Energy Balls 1 Cup Oats 1/4 Cup Honey 1/2 Cup Peanut butter 1 TBSP Flax seeds 1 TBSP Chia seeds 1/4 Cup Mini chocolate chips Fold together until mixed well. Measure out each serving using a small ice cream scoop or spoon. Gently roll into a ball, and place on a plate. Let energy balls chill in refrigerator for 20 minutes, and enjoy!
