  • When will my order ship?

    Shipping times kick in when your item(s) have left our distraction center. Please allow for 1-2 business days for processing at our distribution center before your order is shipped.

  • Do you ship to PO Boxes or rural zip codes?

    Yes, but we cannot guarantee expedited or overnight deliveries to P.O. Boxes or rural zip codes - selecting standard shipping is the way to go.

  • Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses?

  • When will my order ship?

    Once an order is placed, your gear will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Don’t worry—we'll email you tracking information when the order ships. Please note that standard international shipping fees do not include taxes or duties and they may differ depending on your region.

  • How much duty and tax will I have to pay?

    We're unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.

  • Will you ship to an international P.O. box?

    We do not ship to P.O. boxes outside of Canada and the US.

  • Can you adjust the value of my order?

    No. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package content.
