At Home Workout with a Step Stool!
Repeat each exercise 3 times before moving on to the next. 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest, 2 laps around the circuit
Let’s get this party started! To get the body warm, we’ll start by tapping our toes on a slightly elevated surface - aka, our step stools! Keep that core tight, raising your feet by bringing awareness to the work your lower abdominals are doing in the process. Never underestimate the power of your mind/muscle connection!
Step Ups with a Knee
Engage that booty as you step up on to the step stool, bringing your knee up to your chest as you keep your core nice and tight. To really feel the burn, stay on one side the whole time, and switch to the other leg on lap #2!
Prisoner Squats with a Foot Release
With your hands gently behind your head, squat down onto the step stool, and release your feet off the ground. Proper form as always, chest lifted, shoulders down, core tight. Lather, rinse, repeat!
