Follow these steps:
Create your return and print your shipping label by emailing email@example.com
Place your item(s) in the reusable shipping bag or box
Tape the shipping label to the outside of the package and make sure the bar code portion of the label is visible.
We'll refund you within seven business days of receiving your package, and send you an email when this transaction has taken place.
Please note that banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.
No, we do not offer price adjustments.
Yes. Items must be unwashed and unworn with the hang tag attached and accompanied by proof of payment.
You must also create your authorization within 30 days of receiving your order
To check your return status, log in to your account and enter the tracking number for your order.
